#  水果味抗結核病新藥 兒童不害怕服藥

傳統治療兒童結核病用藥，味道非常苦澀，小朋友服藥順從性差。疾管署宣布，國內引進全球最新兒童抗結核病可溶錠「愛兒肺平-3」及「兒立服-2」，這2款藥液帶有水果味，可改善兒童吞服藥品的困難與恐懼，預計每年將有45名兒童受惠。

疾管署副署長莊人祥指出，根據疾管署統計，國內結核病發生率從2005年每10萬人72.5例，到2015年降至每10萬人45.7例；兒童結核病發生數也日益減少，2015年未滿15歲兒童通報確診病列共有59名，其中22名為5歲以下兒童。

#### 引進2款兒童抗結核病新藥

莊人祥副署長表示，為使兒童結核病治療及照顧更友善，該署向全球藥物基金（GDF）引進全球最新兒童抗結核病固定劑量複方可溶錠「愛兒肺平-3」及「兒立服-2」，以2015年兒童結核病發生率每10萬人1.8例推估，未來每年將有45位兒童受惠。

#### 改善兒童用藥恐懼

莊人祥副署長強調，這2款兒童抗結核病用藥服用方式簡單，只需將藥錠放入飲水中待溶解後即可服用，且藥液帶有水果味，可改善兒童吞服藥品的困難與恐懼，也較傳統水劑更利於運輸及保存，適用於體重小於25公斤的兒童，或是卡介苗不良反應者，即日起開放全國各醫療院所申請。
