#  腸道壞菌影響健康 和葷食大有關係

腸道有「第二個大腦」之稱，如果腸道壞菌多，就會影響健康；腸胃科醫師指出，腸道壞菌多，和葷食太多有關，飲食上應儘量多吃青菜水果，可以增加腸道好菌，或是補充益生菌也是好方法。

#### 研究：失智症吃乳酸菌可改善病況

身體不健康，和飲食有很大關係，甚至有研究發現，失智症也和腸道壞菌太多有關。吳德強, 台北中山醫院腸胃科主治醫師表示，以前都認為失智症和大腦有關；但是根據研究發現，有失智症的老鼠給予乳酸菌是可以改善病況的。

#### 腸道中壞菌喜歡肉類

如果一直排放臭屁，就要小心腸道壞菌增多；吳德強醫師指出，經常吃到腐壞的食物、隔夜的食物都會使得大便有味道，尤其是肉類吃太多會使排屁味道重，而且因為腸道中壞菌喜歡肉類，吃太多肉類，會使得腸道中壞菌增多。

#### 多吃青菜水果和益生菌

吳德強指出，想要使腸道健康，應該多吃青菜水果和益生菌，可以對增加腸道中好菌有幫忙，以及減少壞菌；此外，優酪乳、果寡糖、纖維質與膠原多的秋葵等都對腸道健康有益。
