#  喝薑茶祛寒暖身 這些情況不適合

冷空氣報到，日前北部低溫來到攝氏16度，許多人習慣喝薑茶、吃薑母鴨祛寒保暖；不過，中醫師吳建東提醒，薑性熱、味辛，最適合寒濕體質者，而有口臭、口苦、便秘及火氣大者則不適合，建議喝菊花茶。

#### 冬天寒氣入侵易感冒

中醫師吳建東表示，冬天氣溫低，人體免疫力不足容易感冒，尤其寒濕體質者，身體虛弱、四肢冰冷、氣不足、精神不佳，遭到外在寒氣入侵，可能發生風寒感冒、胃寒嘔吐。

#### 寒濕體質可喝薑茶保暖

吳建東中醫師建議，寒性體質可喝薑茶，生薑性熱、味辛、可治裡寒，在中醫主治風寒感冒，可將生薑切成薄片，放入鍋中以文火煮湯，具有可祛寒保暖、滋養身體的功效。

#### 口乾舌燥、便秘者不可進補

吳建東中醫師提醒，真正寒性體質者才適合進補，若為熱性體質，有口乾舌燥、口臭、口苦、便秘者，則不適合喝薑茶，也應避免吃薑母鴨、羊肉爐、麻油雞，以及烤、炸、辣等刺激性食物，日常保養可喝菊花茶、薄荷茶。
