#  地球暖化 暖冬還需要進補嗎？

地球暖化，明明進入冬季，很多時仍豔陽高照，還有民眾換上短袖短褲，這樣的暖冬還需要進補嗎？林展弘中醫師指出，進補確實應該依照節氣，不過，也不是人人都需要，寒涼體質者最適合進補，燥熱體質者則應該清熱。

#### 冬季進補 補腎、抗寒

林展弘表示，以中醫觀點來說，進補的原則為「補齊不足，而補過有損」，根據節氣變化及人體適應做養生保健。冬季的溫度低容易體寒，而引發手腳冰冷、傷寒感冒，以及腹瀉腹痛等症狀，進補應以補腎、抗寒為主。

#### 寒熱體質 進補大不同

如何正確進補呢？林展弘舉例，寒涼體質者可食用溫補藥膳「當歸生薑羊肉湯」，能夠補血、補心，並促進氣血循環，也可使用「六味地黃丸」達到補腎、補肝的功效。虛熱體質者要進補，以補腎陰、肝陰、脾陰為原則，可使用四物湯加菊花

#### 補過頭反而傷身

林展弘中醫師提醒，透過中醫藥膳進補應由合格中醫師開立方劑，千萬不要自行到中藥房抓藥，沒有根據個人體質隨意進補，可能出現口乾、上火等症狀，補過頭反而傷身無法養生。
