#  燥熱體質還進補 當心嘴破又上火

冬天來臨，不少民眾都會進補暖身，一名42歲的男性，本身是燥熱體質，嘴巴原本就容易破，趁著天氣轉涼吃羊肉爐補身，沒想到才吃兩碗羊肉，竟然嘴巴整個腫起來，連嘴內都有多處破洞外，牙齦也呈現浮腫現象，緊急求助中醫治療，醫師發現原來是體質燥熱導致。

#### 容易便秘或嘴破 恐是燥熱體質導致

平時若常常容易嘴破、口乾舌燥、便秘或只要晚睡就容易煩躁者，就屬於燥熱體質；林煥欽, 豐原醫院中醫科醫師指出，像是薑母鴨、羊肉爐等食物，燥熱體質者就應減少食用，尤其天氣變冷更應多注意，因體質不會隨著天氣改變，這時若忍不住多吃幾碗，或喝幾口湯，都容易上火。

#### 依照體質吃食補 達到進補效果

林煥欽說明，其實進補並非要吃燥熱食物，最好的方式仍是依照個人體質給予適合的食補，才能真正達到冬令進補效果，尤其像剛生完的產婦，也不適合吃太補，可以喝點雞湯、魚湯等再搭配黃耆、枸杞等較溫和的中藥材，幫助顧元氣外，也不容易上火。

#### 改善上火症狀 少吃燥熱食物多喝水

燥熱體質者若不小心發生嘴破等症狀時，一般而言只要避免再吃燥熱食物，且多喝溫開水，就能幫助改善上火症狀；林煥欽醫師呼籲，若為手腳容易冰冷的虛寒體質者，要吃薑母鴨跟羊肉爐補身，建議也應一周一次較佳，只要懂得正確進補，也能健康過冬。
