**接種流感疫苗 有效預防流感**

預防流感最有效的方法，就是按時接種流感疫苗，平常也要勤洗手，有呼吸道症狀時，必須戴口罩，一旦口罩沾到口鼻分泌物，就得立即更換，民眾生病時，也要盡量在家休養，若出現流感症狀，要立刻就醫，按照醫囑用藥。
