#  空污傷肺致癌 吃梨潤肺養生

冬季空氣品質差，空污、霾害壟罩經常霧茫茫，許多人容易流鼻水、咳嗽，空污更是肺癌年輕化的原因，是都市人健康的隱形殺手。中醫師建議，平時適當食用白色食物，例如當季的梨子，就具有潤肺、養肺的養生功效。

#### 梨子止咳、潤肺

冬季盛產雪梨，果實碩大又鮮嫩多汁，梨子有「百果之宗」的稱號。陳旺全, 中華民國中醫師公會全聯會理事長, 指出，梨子性寒、味甘微酸，可以止咳、潤肺涼心，具有消炎、降火、解痰毒與酒毒的功效。

#### 白色食物能入肺

陳旺全表示，白色食物能入肺，有益於呼吸系統包括鼻子、喉嚨、氣管、支氣管及肺臟，能夠舒緩流鼻水、咳嗽、多痰等不適症狀，適當食用能夠滋養肺臟，發揮養肺、潤肺的養生功效，例如梨子、山藥、百合、白蘿蔔、白花椰菜、白木耳、白芝麻等。

#### 冰糖燉梨舒緩咳嗽

陳旺全提醒，平時容易手腳冰冷、貧血等體質偏寒者，不適合大量食用梨子，以免引起腹瀉、腹痛，建議可以加點冰糖利用燉煮的方式，也可以添加少許的生薑。
