孩子在成長發育階段，需要攝取足夠的鈣質，才能長得像大樹一樣！要孩子攝取到足夠的鈣質，喝牛奶是最好的方法；不過，就是有很多孩子不愛喝牛奶，營養師建議家長，可以將牛奶加入食材中，就能攝取到豐富的鈣質。

#### 發育中孩童每日要飲用1.5杯牛奶

根據衛生福利部每日飲食指南建議，4~6歲孩子鈣質攝取量為600毫克、7~9歲800毫克，10~12歲1000毫克，13~18歲增加為1200毫克。一杯牛奶240毫升，大約就有240毫克的鈣質，衛生福利部即建議在發育中的孩童，每日要飲用1.5杯牛奶。

#### 牛奶除了鈣還含有豐富營養成分

根據董氏基金會調查顯示，約6成學童沒有天天喝牛奶，超過8成學童平均每天僅喝0.7杯牛奶，有3成學童認為早餐店的「奶茶或鮮奶茶」有鮮乳，其實有很多店家並不是使用鮮奶；約有2成家長認為鮮奶營養成分可從其他食物補充，殊不知，牛奶除了有豐富鈣質，還含有多種營養素如蛋白質、維生素B群及礦物質磷和鎂等。

#### 學童愛喝調味奶

洪若樸, 台北市立聯合醫院忠孝院區, 營養師表示，牛奶中含有豐富的鈣與鎂，可以使人放鬆，因此都會建議在睡前喝杯牛奶，也會鼓勵午餐搭配牛奶；然而，很多學童不愛喝牛奶，但是卻愛喝調味奶。

#### 南瓜湯加牛奶+用牛奶製優格

如果孩子不愛喝牛奶，也可以改變一些作法，洪若樸營養師指出，平常在做菜時，也可利用牛奶，例如可以在做南瓜湯時，就直接用牛奶，不要用水，增加牛奶的攝取，或是用牛奶製作成優格，都可以攝取到牛奶的營養。

#### 牛奶+水果打成汁

洪若樸營養師進一步指出，也可以用牛奶和水果打成汁，例如木瓜牛奶，也可以攝取到牛奶的營養；但是，牛奶不可和酸性水果一起打成汁，牛奶和酸性水果在一起會改變pH值，進而會使牛奶結塊。
