#  吃14碗湯圓又喝可樂 女子爆發腸胃炎

一名30歲女性，因為不想浪費冬至剩下的湯圓，一早就吃了四碗甜湯圓，中午又吃了一份菜頭粿，加上晚上又吃下10碗的鹹湯圓，隔天上班又喝下700CC可樂，沒想到一進辦公室就感到胃痛腹脹，甚至想吐，就醫檢查後，確診為消化不良導致胃發炎，經由施打止吐針並服用胃腸藥，且暫時一餐不要進食，讓腸胃休息，患者已慢慢舒緩症狀。

#### 消化不良者 糯米製品食物應少吃

湯圓原本就屬於難消化的糯米類製品，加上患者後來又喝下含有大量二氧化碳氣泡的汽水，加速胃部食物的快速膨脹，才會使患者感到胃痛想吐等症狀；劉博堃, 童綜合醫院胃腸肝膽科醫師, 指出，像是腸胃功能不佳或消化不良等民眾，除了應減少食用含有過多糯米製品的食物外，平時飲食上，也應採以適量份量即可，減少對腸胃的負擔。

#### 美食當前 應懂得控制食用量

劉博堃說明，尤其迎接春節到來，不少糯米類食物都會端上桌，美食當前一定要懂得克制，控制食用份量，包括腸胃不佳者、老年人或小孩等都應多注意，不要因為一時貪吃反而吃下過多食物，造成腸胃負擔，得不償失。

#### 懂得控制飲食份量 不怕腸胃鬧脾氣

平時懂得控制飲食份量，掌握均衡飲食原則，且配合運動，就不怕腸胃鬧脾氣；劉博堃醫師呼籲，若有任何不適症狀出現時，應盡快就醫檢查，找出原因對症下藥，才能避免使症狀加劇，影響身體健康。
