#### 罹癌因素 日常飲食占5成

根據衛福部2015年十大死因，惡性腫瘤高居死因首位，共有4萬6829人死於惡性腫瘤，平均11分13秒有1人因癌症死亡。黃翠華, 癌症關懷基金會營養師指出，美國研究發現，日常飲食及營養占了罹癌因素的50％，比任何致癌因素更具重要性。

#### 學童不良飲食習慣多

黃翠華表示，實地訪查發現，每天每名小學生至少都有一餐外食，包括油炸物、零食點心及含糖飲料等不健康的食品，幾乎天天都會吃到，甚至有零食取代正餐、不吃蔬菜及不喝開水的不良飲食習慣。

#### 防癌飲食從小開始

不良飲食習慣除了影響孩童的生長發育，更可能導致慢性疾病提早發生，甚至增加罹患癌症的風險。她建議，家長協助孩子建立良好均衡的飲食習慣，避免高糖量飲料、油炸食物，並減少外食，並且多吃真食物、好食物與全食物是預防疾病的最佳的方法。

#### 好食物、真食物怎麼選

黃翠華營養師說，真食物是指未加工的食物，而全食物是包括食物的籽及皮，食物中以蔬菜、水果、全榖雜糧及優質蛋白質為好食物，建議每餐蔬果攝取量至少要占半數以上。
