#  告別火燒心 墊高床頭、少喝咖啡

甜食吃多、愛喝咖啡容易火燒心，火燒心也是大家熟知的胃食道逆流，主要症狀為胃酸逆流，而胃酸逆流其實是正常的生理現象，大部分的胃酸逆流不會造成黏膜傷害或是不舒服症狀，但當胃酸逆流造成黏膜的傷害或出現不舒服症狀時，就會認為是一種疾病。

#### 天冷吃鍋 胃食道逆流患者增多

雖然拜藥物快速發展之賜，藥品對於胃酸抑制的效果越來越好，讓現今胃食道逆流患者得以有更好的症狀治療及生活品質，但隨著飲食、生活習慣改變，胃食道逆流患者日漸增多，尤其天氣變冷吃火鍋次數增加，就可能因飲食習慣改變而誘發胃酸逆流的症狀。

#### 緩解胃食道逆流的用藥與生活小法寶

許舒涵, 臺北市立聯合醫院陽明院區藥劑科藥師, 表示，減重、睡覺時墊高床頭，且於睡前2到3小時避免飲食、減少攝取刺激性食物，包含高油脂含量食物、咖啡因、巧克力、辛辣食物及碳酸飲料等，都能有效減緩火燒心症狀。

許舒涵提醒，若有相關胃酸逆流症狀出現，建議自行開始非藥物治療，調整生活型態，若症狀沒有緩解或更嚴重則建議就醫治療，醫師確診後會處方相關藥物來搭配非藥物治療。

目前藥物治療最有效的藥品為氫離子幫浦抑制劑，絕大多數的病人都可以成功緩解。唯因復發比例較高，希望曾有胃食道逆流之患者能持續非藥物治療以降低復發率，達到更好的生活品質。(文章授權提供／優活健康網)
