#  癌友怎麼吃年菜？ 掌握這些原則

正在治療的癌友胃口差、飲食禁忌也多，年節該如何吃才好，又能兼顧過年的氣氛呢？營養師賴怡君建議，食材選擇以好消化為主，避免重鹽、過油。以傳統年菜「步步高升」為例，可使用蘿蔔糕取代年糕，好消化又不失年味。

#### 年菜太油膩 加重腸胃道負擔

傳統年菜大魚大肉較油膩，若是家中有正在治療的癌症患者可能吃不下，一聞到油味容易發生噁心、嘔吐、腸胃不適等化療副作用，建議避免重口味、過油以及油炸的料理。

#### 肉類食材選擇 雞魚肉較好

賴怡君說，油炸料理的含油脂量較多，容易使腸胃道內的食物排空變慢，而加重癌友腸胃道不適的症狀。肉類料理建議以燉煮的烹調方式，選擇較好消化、油脂較低、肉質細緻的魚肉、雞肉，同時補充優質蛋白質，能夠幫助身體復原。

#### 酸甜水果入菜胃口開

癌友沒有胃口怎麼辦呢？賴怡君建議，利用帶有酸甜味的水果醃漬食材，如鳳梨、番茄、奇異果等，酸甜清爽的口感可刺激味覺，有助提升食慾也比較容易有胃口。若是完全沒有胃口，則可飲用豆漿、現榨蔬果汁，千萬別不進食。

#### 蘿蔔糕版「步步高升」

賴怡君營養師強調，癌友的家屬準備年菜時，可多做食材變化，食材選擇以好消化的原則為主，例如傳統年菜「步步高升」，建議使用蘿蔔糕取代年糕，用在來米製成的蘿蔔糕，比糯米做成的年糕好消化，能夠品嚐年菜的滋味，又不失過年的氣氛。
