農曆年節團圓日，和親朋好友話夾子一開，零食也一口接一口吃，小心肥胖找上門，尤其許多看起來體積小、重量輕的零食，可暗藏高熱量且高油脂危機，像一包巧克力棒、四條芒果乾或是一把魷魚絲等，若每天吃，熱量累積就超過900卡，等於60公斤正常體重靜態工作者，每天建議攝取1800大卡熱量的一半，六天假期累積下來恐得爬上18座101大樓才消耗得完。

#### 挑選原味堅果當零食 適量吃年節不發胖

要開心吃零食又不怕發胖，只要掌握幾個步驟；王英偉指出，首先應落實挑選新鮮蔬菜，以水果取代加工食品，每天建議攝取2至4份水果，補充足夠膳食纖維，促進腸胃蠕動，另外，年節零食可挑選原味堅果種子類為主，因富含單元不飽和脂肪酸、維生素E、纖維質等相當多營養素，有助健康，但要記得一定要適量攝取。

#### 年節零食熱量比拚 巧克力酥片奪冠

若忍不住想吃零食，應把握少加工、選原味為挑選標準；王英偉表示，像是巧克力酥片、芝麻蛋捲和榛果巧克力等，在熱量、脂肪等含量都是零食最高的前3名，主要是因零食在加工過程中會添加許多糖和調味料等增加風味，且透過油炸增加香氣，因此應盡量少吃外，若要吃也可多和親朋好友們一起分享，避免過量。

#### 養成正常生活作息 健康過好年

另外，也可多和親朋好友相約出遊走春，多增加身體活動量，出門時也別忘攜帶水壺，運動時多補充水分，幫助身體正常代謝；王英偉署長提醒，把握春節食用零食準則，且養成正常的生活作息，並配合運動，也能健康過好年。(王英偉, 國民健康署署長)
