元宵節來了，大家都會吃些應景的湯圓，除了有甜的芝麻、紅豆與花生湯圓，還有鹹湯圓也很美味；不過，湯圓的熱量很高，最好是淺嚐即可，尤其是客家鹹湯圓，吃一碗就等於吃一餐的熱量，那餐就不宜再攝取其他食物了！

**客家鹹湯圓材料多 10顆紅白小湯圓有70大卡**

營養師李易真表示，客家鹹湯圓的材料有紅白湯圓、瘦肉絲、豆腐、茼蒿菜、菇類如香菇、金針菇、秀珍菇、白蘿蔔、紅蔥頭與高湯；紅白小湯圓一顆大約7大卡，通常一碗有十多顆，就有70多大卡，再加上瘦肉絲與豆腐，蛋白質有兩份就有100多大卡，青菜一餐2份50大卡再加上油脂45大卡，以及其他的配料，就相當於一餐的正餐熱量。

**1顆包餡甜湯圓70大卡 4顆相當於一碗飯熱量**

別小看甜湯圓的熱量，李易真營養師指出，市售甜湯圓種類非常多，但是一顆芝麻或花生湯圓的熱量，就大約有70大卡，吃4顆甜湯圓，就相當於一碗飯的熱量；而且由於湯圓是糯米製品，黏性高且不易消化，腸胃不好最好還是少吃湯圓，以免造成腸胃不適。

**慢性病人吃湯圓有禁忌 長輩要小心噎到**

慢性病人吃湯圓也有所禁忌。李易真營養師進一步指出，有糖尿病吃湯圓就不要再加糖；此外，花生、芝麻、豆沙湯圓含磷量高，容易加重腎臟病，需特別注意；至於咀嚼及吞嚥功能困難的長輩，如果想吃湯圓，一定要將湯圓剪成小塊，讓長輩可以細嚼慢嚥，才能避免湯圓噎到的意外。 (李易真-大千綜合醫院營養師)
