許多人會喝飲品取代喝水，街上人手一杯手搖飲！營養師林若君表指出，各類飲品中以茶較有益健康，但喝茶時不建議加牛奶，以免破壞營養價值，也不建議茶葉重覆沖泡次數過多，因會增加腸胃負擔。

#### 茶有益健康 加速新陳代謝

常見的飲品有茶、咖啡，以及汽水、果汁、含糖飲料等。營養師林若君表示，其中以含有兒茶素、茶多酚的茶，對身體較有益健康，且茶含有咖啡因，有助加速新陳代謝，能夠提振精神。

#### 茶加牛奶 降低營養價值

茶加牛奶一起喝比較健康嗎？林若君營養師指出，根據研究發現，牛奶中的酪蛋白會與兒茶素結合，兒茶素約流失18％，反而降低茶的營養價值，建議單純喝茶較好。

#### 反覆沖泡茶葉 增腸胃負擔

另外，不少人會反覆沖泡茶葉，林若君營養師說明，隨著沖泡溫度愈高、數次愈多，茶的營養成分逐漸減少，而會釋放過多的單寧酸、鞣酸，增加茶的苦澀味道，也增加腸胃的負擔。
