入冬必進補？小心付出慘「痛」代價！每當氣溫驟降，熱呼呼的火鍋、羊肉爐、麻油雞、薑母鴨總是民眾的心頭好，為了暖身補氣，許多人都會一碗接一碗難以自拔，對於有痛風、腎臟疾病的患者來說，攝取高普林的鍋物，病情加重，在痛風發作就得付出「慘痛」代價，輕微的碰觸關節都會使疼痛加劇，甚至可能面臨要洗腎的困境。

**不痛像沒病，痛起來卻要命** 臺北市立聯合醫院和平婦幼院區過敏免疫風濕科主任蕭凱鴻表示，痛風又稱為「帝王之病」，與豐沛的食物有關。現代人的發生率有節節上升的趨勢，發病的年齡也越來越下降。有代謝症候群、高普林飲食、暴飲暴食及喝酒過量容易引起痛風，甚至增加中風與死亡率。

蕭凱鴻主任表示，痛風是因為體內「普林」代謝異常或是腎臟排出尿酸的功能障礙，導致過多的尿酸鹽沉積在關節內，造成關節痛、腫脹和變形，最後也可導致殘廢和腎衰竭。血中尿酸濃度愈高，持續時間愈久，發生痛風的機會就愈大。

**治療痛風以藥物及飲食為主** 生活上一定要多喝水、少喝酒，促進排泄、以及控制體重。應避免食用肉汁、火鍋湯、內臟類、沙丁魚、白帶魚、蚌蛤類、蘆筍、香菇、紫菜等含普林的量較高的食物，另外，黃豆及其製品（如：豆腐、豆干、豆漿）雖含較高量的普林，但於非急性發病期，仍可適量攝取。

急性痛風的藥物治療常使用秋水仙素和非類固醇消炎藥物，慢性痛風除消炎藥物外，常合併使用降尿酸藥物控制血中尿酸濃度。有些藥物在個別體質上不適用，因此最好由專業的風濕科醫師規畫整體的追蹤治療，並排除其他造成關節痛的病因，才更有效控制痛風。(文章授權提供／優活健康網)
