白開水無色更無味，許多人都不愛喝水，養成喝水習慣有方法嗎？醫師建議，成年人每天應飲用約1800cc，建議分成10次、每次喝150至200cc，很容易就能養成習慣。

#### 喝水好處有很多

萬芳醫院健康管理中心主任、家庭醫學科主治醫師林英欽強調，水是人體組成的最重要成分，占體重高達7成以上。根據國外內研究都發現，喝水的好處多到數不清，包括維持新陳代謝、幫助消化、控制體重、養顏美容、預防感冒、消除疲勞、提振精神等。

#### 飲用過少、過量都不好

林英欽主任表示，一般正常人每天飲用水量，應為每公斤體重數乘以30cc。舉例來說，體重60公斤的成人，每天至少要喝水1800cc，飲用過少或過量都可能有害身體健康，尤其幼童、腎功能低下者，短時間大量喝水，恐造成水中毒。

#### 養成喝水習慣有訣竅

如何養成喝水的好習慣呢？林英欽主任認為，從小養成是最簡單的方式，喝足夠的水量也有訣竅，應將每次喝水量減少、喝水次數增加，建議分成10次以上，每次約150至200cc，維持3星期以上，就很容易養成喝水的習慣。
