#  火鍋一周吃一次 多喝水、吃蔬果排毒

寒冷的天氣，很人最喜歡吃熱呼呼的火鍋，最近一連好幾天低溫，不少人打算天天都吃火鍋。不過，醫師提醒，吃火鍋容易過量，增加三高風險；若是愛吃火鍋料又愛喝火鍋湯，更有潛在的健康危害，建議一星期一次即可。

#### 火鍋料防腐劑問題多

吃火鍋總少不了五花八門的火鍋料，常見有肥牛、羊肉片、魚餃、蛋餃、花枝丸、貢丸、凍豆腐等；但抽查的火鍋料，經常會驗出不肖業者添加違法防腐劑，或是過量添加等情形。

#### 累積人體恐傷肝腎

臨床毒物科主任顏宗海指出，火鍋料為加工食品，通常都會增加防腐劑、色素等，增加保存期限及色澤，食用過量容易造成腹部疼痛、噁心、嘔吐現象，長期累積恐損害肝、腎功能，有害身體健康。

#### 火鍋一周吃一次就好

顏宗海認為，吃火鍋最好以天然新鮮食材為主，少吃加工火鍋料，而經過長時間熬煮的湯底，容易累積各種食材釋出的毒素，如農藥、防腐劑、色素、高鈉、高普林、亞硝酸鹽等物質。他建議，一星期內不建議吃火鍋超過一次，吃完可多喝水、吃蔬果加速幫助身體代謝。 (顏宗海- 林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任)
