糖友該如何健康吃呢？你一定以為，糖友要想健康吃，可能有很多食物都不能吃；那你就錯了！其實，是什麼都能吃，但是要懂得怎麼吃。營養師提醒要特別注意兩點，一是糖友也和一般人一樣，要均衡飲食，二是很重要的一點，就是必須定時定量，才不會使血糖忽高忽低。

**糖友飲食原則需定時定量**

亞東醫院營養科賴玉釧營養師表示，糖友的飲食需要定時定量，不要忽多忽少，或是前餐吃多，下餐少吃，否則會很難控制血糖；而且控制血糖要多管齊下，要搭配用藥與運動，以及定期量血糖，做好血糖自我監測，而且量血糖應空腹與飯後二小時各一次，才能做完整的監測。

**每天要均衡攝取六大類食物**

均衡的飲食不只是算熱量，更應該要照[每日飲食指南](https://obesity.hpa.gov.tw/TC/NutritionContent.aspx?id=7&chk=eff7ef86-7f8d-4adb-876a-79c9be0e8afc)來執行；賴玉釧指出，每日飲食指南就有說明每天要攝取六大類食物，包括全穀根莖類、豆魚肉蛋類、蔬菜類、水果類、油脂類及低脂牛奶，均衡飲食才健康。

**整合醫療團隊使控糖更成功**

賴玉釧營養師進一步指出，糖尿病患者容易因不當的血糖控制，進而造成心血管疾病、腎臟病變及視網膜病變，良好的血糖控制，可避免或延緩併發症的發生，糖友可參加糖尿病共同照護網，由醫師、營養師、護理師等合格衛教人員，針對個人需注意事項，進行整體醫療評估，並可提供飲食建議，使控糖更成功。
