#  吃優格、乳製品降乳癌風險 但吃起司恐增風險？

美國一項觀察性研究發現，平常吃最多優格的女性，得乳癌機率比其他人減少近4成，反之，吃最多起司，特別是吃「切達起司」（Cheddar cheese）、奶油乳酪（Cream cheese）的女性，乳癌風險上升53%。

**吃乳製品 影響乳癌風險高低** 美國羅素‧帕克癌症研究機構團隊近日在〈營養學趨勢發展〉期刊（Current Developments in Nutrition）發表上述研究成果。研究人員調整年齡、BMI值、更年期狀況、乳癌家族史等變數後也發現，整體乳製品攝取量較多的女性，乳癌風險減少約15%。

研究團隊以2003年至2014年間1941名女性乳癌患者為研究對象，請她們填寫乳製品飲食習慣問卷，問卷資訊包含患者平常吃哪幾種乳製品、食用頻率、份量等，研究人員再將資料與1237名控制組女性做比較，結果發現，乳製品攝取量多寡的確會影響乳癌風險高低。

**吃起司增加乳癌風險 吃優格則減少風險** 研究人員進一步分析發現，不同乳製品相關乳癌風險不太一樣，舉例來說，吃最多優格的女性，乳癌風險減少39%；大量吃起司，則可能增加乳癌風險，尤其是切達起司、奶油起司，風險更大。整體來說，乳製品攝取量較多女性，乳癌風險減少1成5。

研究首席作者腫瘤學教授蘇珊‧麥肯表示，乳製品成分複雜，含有不少營養素，但也有一些非營養物質，而這些成分可能影響乳癌風險，有些是正面影響，當然也有負面影響。未來需要進行深入研究，才能確認優格是否真能預防乳癌。

**預防乳癌 平常生活習慣也很重要** 美國梅約醫學中心建議，想預防乳癌，就得限制飲酒、不要抽菸，平常也要規律運動，且要控制體重，哺餵母乳也能降低乳癌風險。平常要避免接觸輻射、汙染物質。若接受荷爾蒙療法，也要多注意藥物劑量、使用時間長短。
