#  寶寶腦部發育 六大類營養缺一不可

小孩要如何吃才能吃得頭好壯壯是許多媽媽的疑問。幼兒期之腦部及神經系統較其他器官發展迅速，幼兒1歲時，其腦部重量約為成人50％，而6歲已達成人90％。其真正腦部發展的黃金時期，可分為兩個階段，即胚胎期及0~3歲。

**孕期補充葉酸及DHA**

童綜合醫院營養治療科營養師何怡儒指出，嬰兒從媽媽懷孕至出生，腦部細胞就已發展了數十百億個以上，所以孕期的營養就非常重要。

除了依照政府建議均衡攝取各類食物，若是有計畫懷孕的媽媽，建議從懷孕前便補充富含葉酸之食物，如綠色蔬菜、豬雞牛肉。DHA則是胎兒腦部及視網膜發育的重要營養素之一，但因海洋汙染問題，魚油易有重金屬殘留，因此選購上也須特別注意來源及產地。另魚油也與凝血有關，建議在生產前幾週停止服用魚油，以免生產時有血崩或凝血異狀發生。

**母乳哺餵至少6個月**

何怡儒營養師表示，0~3歲則是嬰兒腦神經發育的第二黃金時期，而母乳是豐富的營養來源，建議哺餵母乳至少6個月。嬰兒在4~6個月時可開始嘗試副食品，而副食品應以新鮮、天然的食材為主，避免易引起嬰兒過敏之食物（例如：蛋白、花生等），循序漸進地給予營養。

**六大類食物皆是營養素來源**

依據幼兒期營養指南，幼兒一日飲食建議為全穀根莖類1.5~3碗、豆魚肉蛋類2~4份、蔬菜類2~3碟、水果類2份、乳品2杯、油脂與堅果種子類4~5份。而這六大類食物皆是幼兒所需的營養素來源，尤其是豆魚肉蛋有助於身體強健，對於腦部或生長發育更是不可欠缺。兩歲以前因腦部快速發育需要脂肪，建議在食物製備上可適當填加一些烹調用油。另外避免讓小孩攝取高油、高鹽、高精緻糖之食物，並多以天然食材取代加工製品。

**給予所需要營養素補充及支持**

在六大類食物均衡攝取的概念下，不挑食也不偏食，適當給予該階段所需要之營養素補充及支持，不輕易聽信偏方，並定期體檢，若有疑問與醫生溝通討論，相信小孩一定可以健康成長、頭好壯壯的。
