#  有冰飲料含糖量一樣高 無糖去冰較好

你喝飲料會去冰嗎？在人口密集的繁忙地區，手搖杯飲料店林立，客製化甜度、冰塊量等貼心服務，更讓不少民眾每天都要喝上一杯。不過，專家強調，喝白開水最好、飲料要少喝；若要喝飲料應選擇去冰、無糖，才不會有害健康。

#### 微糖飲料有10顆方糖

食品營養組主任許惠玉指出，根據世界衛生組織建議，每日糖攝取量最好少於總熱量5％，也就是不可超過25公克，約10顆方糖量；但調查發現，一杯微糖飲料就有10顆方糖，半糖約16顆方糖，全糖則高達22顆，遠超過每日建議攝取量。

#### 糖分攝取過量 一堆疾病找上身

許惠玉強調，糖分攝取過量容易肥胖，導致新陳代謝變慢，造成肌膚加速老化，大幅增加罹患脂肪肝、代謝症候群、心血管疾病、憂鬱症、失智症，甚至癌症的風險；兒童喝太多含糖飲料，更會影響生長發育，容易過動、注意力不集中等。

#### 喝飲料應選擇無糖、去冰

許惠玉提到，不少人喝飲料喜歡多冰，以為能夠稀釋甜度；事實上，只是甜度降低的錯覺，全部的糖份仍喝下肚，有害身體健康。她建議民眾，口渴喝白開水最好，若要喝飲料應選擇無糖、去冰。 (許惠玉 - 董氏基金會食品營養組主任)
