#  吃了含戴奧辛雞蛋 如何排出體內戴奧辛？

衛福部食品藥物管理署委託國立成功大學進行調查，調查發現，有1件雞蛋的戴奧辛含量為5.2皮克╱克脂肪，超過戴奧辛管制限值2.5皮克╱克脂肪，異常偏高。腎臟科主治醫師顏宗海表示，戴奧辛半衰期長達七年，若想排出體內戴奧辛，建議多吃蔬菜、水果等高纖維食物，幫助戴奧辛排出。

**戴奧辛 屬於一級致癌物**

戴奧辛是一級致癌物，有遺傳毒性，會間接傷害細胞DNA。短時間接觸、攝取高劑量戴奧辛，可能導致肝臟、皮膚病變，若是慢性、長時間攝取低劑量戴奧辛，則可能增加癌症風險，免疫力也會受到損害。如果懷孕女性接觸戴奧辛，則會增加流產、畸胎風險。

**少吃內臟、肥肉、皮 以免戴奧辛進入體內**

戴奧辛有419種，其中約30種毒性較強，屬於是脂溶性物質，主要來自工業化汙染、含PVC垃圾不完全燃燒，當戴奧辛進入生物體內，多半存在於脂肪部位、乳製品等。若擔心吃到戴奧辛，建議盡量少吃內臟、肥肉、皮等部位。

**一天戴奧辛攝取量上限 60-240皮克**

顏宗海主任強調，民眾千萬別因這樣的研究報告就不再吃雞蛋，根據研究文獻，一個人戴奧辛攝取量上限一天1公斤體重為1到4皮克不等，依據不同研究，而有不同數據，以體重60公斤成年人來說，一天戴奧辛攝取量上限為60-240皮克。

**醫師建議 均衡飲食、多吃新鮮蔬果**

民眾若想避免接觸戴奧辛，重點在於均衡飲食，多吃新鮮蔬菜、水果等高纖維食物，高纖維食物可幫助吸附油脂，其中的戴奧辛、環境荷爾蒙等，也有機會隨纖維排出。

**農委會展開環境調查** 農委會表示，

目前已針對疑似污染源的禽場內活禽、雞蛋進行7天移動管制與戴奧辛檢測，環保署也將對該禽場附近的空氣、水、土壤及周邊植物等進行檢測，並針對鄰近地區進行環境調查。(顏宗海 - 長庚醫院腎臟科主治醫師、毒物中心主任)
