#  飽滿粗厚小心「拼裝燕窩」 教你這樣慎選真貨

即飲燕窩品牌眾多，大家都自稱是真燕窩，但是看起來飽滿粗厚的燕窩，卻可能是經過刷膠黏合成的「拼裝燕窩」！由於目測不易判斷真假，所以建議消費者要慎選獲得國際品質評鑑認可，並且確認為產地原裝進口，否則不僅傷了荷包，也沒有補充到營養。

#### 燕條過度粗大不透光 小心吃到「拼裝」燕窩！

有些業者為了壓低售價讓消費者覺得物超所值，會用加工的方式將低品質的燕碎刷膠黏合成燕條，燕窩看起來很飽滿粗厚，但其實品質有待商榷。

張彤芬營養師提醒，民眾不要只是比較固形物含量，因為很有可能是添加了膠質，增加濃稠感，甚至使用黏著劑的「拼裝燕窩」，這樣的燕窩用肉眼可以看得到纖維會呈現不自然的粗大、並帶有白心，仔細對光照時呈現無縫且較不透光；其實珍貴天然的燕條或是優質燕窩，在泡發並燉煮後，燕絲會呈現透亮的象牙白色，肉眼即可看見的一絲絲不規則的燕絲天然纖維，而天然的燕窩嘗起來順口溜滑、自然入喉，人工燕窩則吃起來黏稠，反而是不自然的Q彈!

#### 真假燕窩判斷不易 用科學比對取代人為目測

張彤芬營養師指出，上等燕窩不容易以視覺外觀辨別，所以必須運用精密的科學比對，來取代人為的經驗或目測判斷，以確保每一批燕窩原料都具備頂級優良品質並且真實純正！若是能獲得國際間具有食品業諾貝爾獎美譽的「Monde Selection世界食品品質評鑑大賞」金獎肯定，也可做為選購即飲瓶裝燕窩的參考依據，因為這代表已通過專家嚴格的評審過程，從產品的外觀、口味、味道、口感、實驗測試結果、包裝訴求、功效的公信力佐證、生產製造的認證、品質控管數據等各方面評審與評分選出，也會更有保障。

另外，消費者也可留意燕窩廠商是否有設置品管實驗室，並應用「FTIR紅外線檢測」光譜檢驗技術為燕窩的真假把關。透過科學的比對，讓民眾除了可以放心選購外，更可省去比較各家燕窩品質所花的時間。

#### 選燕窩別只看價格 慎選純正洞燕不讓劣質燕窩傷荷包！

選到劣質燕窩，不但傷了荷包讓黑心廠商賺走大錢，燕窩的營養價值也大打折，對健康沒有任何益處。所以選購燕窩時，不能只看價格，太過平價的燕窩，就要留意燕窩的品質與來源是否純正！張彤芬營養師指出，燕窩的好壞等級差異很大，高等級的燕窩首選採自高海拔、無污染的天然高山洞穴的洞燕，採摘相當不易，除了有胺基酸及多醣體外，更富含稀有洞穴礦物質，不是劣質燕窩或銀耳所能達到的。
