有越來越多的研究報告指出含糖飲料對於人體健康造成的傷害；不過，談論含糖飲料時，人們第一時間會想到的多是汽水、奶茶，大概很少人會把咖啡歸類其中。現在，一份針對咖啡等熱飲的調查報告揭露了這些飲品當中所含的驚人糖份，其中有些甚至遠遠高出可樂的含糖量！

**英國市面上131種熱飲98％含糖量都超標**

2015年英國組織「糖分行動」（Action on Sugar）檢驗了市面上131種熱飲，發現有98％的含糖量都嚴重超標。其中有55％的含糖量相當於或超過世界衛生組織（WHO）一日不超過6茶匙（30c.c.）的成人糖分攝取建議，有35％的飲品含糖量與可樂相當，約含有9~10茶匙（約50c.c.）的糖，約等於7塊巧克力。

在這次的調查中，最糟糕的品項是英國星巴克所販售的特大杯熱果茶Mulled Fruit，一杯下肚就相當於喝進了25茶匙的糖（相當於5個馬芬的含糖量）。許多店家販售的拿鐵與茶拿鐵也都含有11~20茶匙不等的糖。另外，過去也曾有報告指出，咖啡連鎖業者所推出的季節性限定特調飲品多含有超量的脂肪與糖。

這分報告同時也呈現了飲品的容量與含糖量之間的關係。以星巴克的熱果茶為例，特大杯的含糖量是25茶匙，中杯的含糖量則為13茶匙；雖然仍超出WHO的建議量，但明顯減少許多。因此，「糖分行動」除了要求連鎖咖啡業者降低飲品中的糖分含量、改善其成分標示之外，也呼籲停止供應特大杯尺寸的飲品。

**花式咖啡恐讓肥胖危機四伏**

該組織提醒民眾，像榛果拿鐵、焦糖瑪奇朵這一類的花式咖啡，或像茶拿鐵、熱果茶這一類經調製過的飲品，不應每日飲用。因為攝取這些飲品的同時，民眾往往會搭配高糖份、高脂肪的點心，肥胖危機四伏。

有越來越多的研究指出含糖飲料以及糖份過量攝取對人體健康造成的危害；除了讓人容易肥胖、影響口腔健康之外，還會增加糖尿病、心血管疾病的患病與死亡風險；女性則可能因此面臨初經提前、子宮內膜癌風險增加等問題。所以，若真的犯了咖啡癮或與好友們相約喝咖啡聊是非時，記得一定要請店員調整甜度，並且酌量飲用！（文章授權提供／優活健康網）
