春暖花開，熱起來氣溫可高達三十多度，許多人都已穿起清涼的夏衣，而在前一季長出的肥肉卻也顯露無遺！以致於最近就有很多人興起減肥的念頭，紛紛上網尋求減肥方法；打上關鍵字，立即就跳出一堆琳瑯滿目的減肥妙方，而綠咖啡這產品就搭配了好多減肥前與減肥後的誘人圖片。

**綠原酸可加速身體脂肪代謝速率**

大學營養學系教授王進崑指出，綠咖啡可以有控制體重的結果，最主要是發現綠原酸物質，綠原酸可以加速身體脂肪代謝速率，促進身體代謝率；但是肥胖是因為熱量堆積，如果不控制飲食與運動，想要靠綠咖啡來減肥，也並不是這麼容易。

**搭配飲食與運動才有減肥效果**

想要減肥，很多人都嚐試過很多方法；然而，所使用的減肥方法除了要有效之外，最重要的是要能持久，不要復胖！王進崑教授指出，綠咖啡是天然化學物質，一般用法不會有事，但若是吃多了，也會噁心；而且雖然看起來可控制體重，不過復胖率也很快，所以仍然要搭配飲食與運動，才能有減肥效果。 (王進崑 - 國際保健營養學會會長、中山醫學大學營養學系教授)
