#  常喝含糖飲料 大腦容易提早老化

現代人很喜歡吃糖、喝含糖飲料，在台灣街道，隨時可看到含糖手搖茶。美國一項研究發現，吃太多糖、喝太多含糖飲料不只會讓體重上升，還會加速大腦老化。但喝含人工甜味劑的零卡、低卡飲料，也不會比較好，另一項研究發現，常喝這些含人工甜味劑飲料，可能增加中風發生機具。

**常喝含糖飲料 學習、記憶力會變差**

研究學者分析美國「佛萊明漢心臟研究」數據（FHS），結果顯示，常喝含糖飲料的人，不但記憶力較差、大腦整體體積偏小，大腦海馬迴區域更是明顯較小，而大腦海馬迴大小對於學習、記憶很重要，一旦體積太小，學習、記憶能力就會變差。

**喝低卡、零卡汽水 增加中風機率**

有些民眾聽到這樣的結果，可能轉而選購低卡、零卡可樂、汽水，這並不會比較好。另一項追蹤性研究發現，每天喝低卡、零卡可樂、汽水的人，出現中風、失智症風險是不喝這些飲品者的近三倍之多。上述研究成果發表於〈阿茲海默症與失智症〉（Alzheimer's &amp; Dementia）、〈中風〉（Stroke）等醫學期刊。

研究學者馬修‧帕斯表示，長久以來，研究早發現，攝取過多糖份與心血管疾病、新陳代謝疾病、肥胖、心臟病與第二型糖尿病等息息相關，由於測量飲食糖份攝取量是一件很困難的事，因此很少人研究糖份對大腦會產生哪些長期影響。

**喝白開水 對身體最健康**

研究作者美國波士頓大學醫學院神經學教授蘇德哈‧賽夏德里指出，研究並沒有證實兩種現象因果關係，也不是最終結論，只是證明兩者之間有很強的關聯性。

賽夏德里教授強調，從研究數據來看，喝含糖飲料，對身體沒有好處，但若以含人工甜味劑飲料代替，對健康也是沒有幫助。或許對健康最好的方式，就是直接喝白開水。
