你會在睡覺前或是起床後喝杯水嗎？有人傳來影片，指稱最好是能在睡覺前或是起床後都喝杯水，可以使血液不濃稠，並能預防中風；不過，中醫師則認為，晚上睡覺前不宜喝水，以免半夜要起床排尿，會使得睡眠品質不好。

**睡覺前不宜喝水 以免破壞睡眠品質**

中醫師何英強表示，晚上要睡覺前的三小時，喝水量要減少，以免會破壞睡眠，尤其是睡覺前更是不宜喝水，否則半夜起床上廁所，睡覺中斷，睡眠品質就不好。

**晚上不喝水 不會使血液更濃稠**

至於晚上不喝水，會使得血液較濃稠嗎？何英強醫師指出，晚上不喝水會使血液濃稠的說法太過想當然爾，這是不對的；就好像在練跑步一、二小時不喝水，排汗量很大，血液也不會更濃稠，中風機率並不會增加。

**早上起床喝杯水 有助於排便**

何英強醫師進一步指出，早上起床喝一杯水就有其意義，因為喝水可使腹腔有壓力，可以好排便。只是早上起來喝水不要喝冰水，要喝溫水，而且若是陽虛者，則最好不要喝太多，以免損傷陽氣。
