很多人怕胖不吃糖，對於代糖（人工甜味劑）就毫無忌禪；其實，代糖吃多了，也會出事。根據研究顯示，經常喝含有代糖的飲品，會使得腦中風與失智症的風險增加，不得不慎！

**代糖吃太多有腦中風以及失智症風險**

台北市立聯合醫院營養師周千欽表示，喜歡吃甜食的人攝取到含代糖飲料的機會就會比較多，至於代糖會造成腦中風以及失智症的風險，也要看喝的比例與頻率。如果只是少量吃人工甜味劑就還好，吃的量太多就會增加風險。

**人工甜味劑會影響荷爾蒙**

值得注意的是，人工甜味劑不只是對於腦中風或是失智症有影響，周千欽營養師指出，甚至有研究顯示，人工甜味劑會影響荷爾蒙，尤其是更年期婦女，更是要小心使用人工甜味劑。很多更年期婦女喜歡喝咖啡，如果加太多代糖也不好，最好是添加低脂鮮奶，可補充鈣質並且也有甜度。

**阿斯巴甜每公斤體重建議使用量為50毫克**

有些人愛喝甜飲料，如果又喝含代糖飲料頻率太高，對身體就有傷害。周千欽營養師指出，代糖都有建議使用量，通常代糖包裝上會有標示限制一天使用量，以阿斯巴甜而言，每公斤體重就建議使用量為50毫克；也就是說，如果是50公斤體重的人，一天不宜攝取超過2500毫克。
