#  生理期後喝四物湯補血？ 醫：並非都適合！

談到中醫補血，很多女士想到「四物湯」，生理期過後來喝個四物湯！然而，生理期過後一定要喝四物湯補血嗎？每個人都可以喝四物湯嗎？

#### **生理期後適當補血符合中醫養生法**

中醫師廖芳儀表示，生理期就傳統中醫學來說，會讓體內的氣血隨著經血排出而呈現較低落的狀態，因此生理期過後適當地補血是符合中醫理論的養生方式。

#### **根據狀況選擇不一樣補血方式**

補血可以根據每個人的狀況選擇不一樣的補血方式，除了四物湯以外，偏於腎虛寒冷體質的婦女還可以選擇杜仲茶或是桂圓紅棗茶，偏於容易疲倦的氣虛體質反而要選擇當歸黃耆等藥材才是對症。另外有些婦女本身體質就偏於燥熱，這時候反而不需要在生理期過後補血。

平素有子宮肌瘤、子宮內膜異位症、子宮腺肌症或是各種婦科炎症的病人，在生理期過後反而比較適合以桂圓、枸杞、杜仲等更為平和的補血方式，或是適當地補充桑葚、葡萄、蘋果、芝麻、紫菜、櫻桃、蔓越莓、紅鳳菜、紅莧菜等補血的蔬果也是非常適合的食療方式。

#### **這些體質生理期後可補血**

生理期過後可適當補血的體質：

**血虛體質**— 生理期經血量少，經血顏色偏淡紅或粉紅，下腹悶，容易疲倦，臉色白或偏黃，唇色淡紫，手腳容易冰冷。

**氣虛體質**— 生理期經血量正常或少或多，經血顏色偏淡，容易疲倦或頭暈，活動容易喘，容易感冒，臉色白或偏黃，講話聲音小或容易無力。

**腎虛寒冷體質**— 生理期週期容易亂，經血量少，顏色偏暗或紫，容易腰痠，容易疲倦，甚至不容易懷孕。

#### **四物湯再加減藥材 達到更好效果**

廖芳儀醫師表示，四物湯出自於中醫古籍『太平惠民和劑局方』，是流傳已久的名方，包含當歸、川芎、地黃、芍藥四種藥材，是中醫補血的基本方，也是婦科聖品。但是臨床中醫師在使用上，大多會根據病人的情況，適當地加減一些藥材，尤其對於腸胃功能較差的病人增加一些健脾的藥材如陳皮、白朮等幫助補血藥效，可以達到更好的治療效果。 (廖芳儀 - 奇美醫學中心中醫部主治醫師)
