炎炎夏日是展現身材的好時機，惜天氣悶熱讓很多想減肥的人忍不住想吃一些冰涼解渴的食物，然而大部分冰涼解渴的食物都少不了糖，何信緯醫師表示，常喝冷飲、吃冰，會讓人體新陳代謝下降，通常1000cc的冰，會降低體內代謝約500大卡，所以吃冰、喝冷飲容易造成不易代謝的脂肪囤積在小腹周圍，讓腰圍逐日增加，變成易胖體質。

**久坐少動 易出現水腫現象**

現代人生活忙碌，運動時間極少，久坐少動，再加上維持相同姿勢過久，肌肉運動減少，全身的淋巴液回流受阻，體內的代謝能力變差，導致體內廢物、水份滯留身體，就容易出現水腫現象。

**攝取過多的鈉 為四肢腫脹與小腹微凸的主因**

何信緯醫師表示，另外食物太辣、太鹹，零食餅乾吃太多或口味太重的人，飲食中攝取的鈉太多，造成水份無法排出，也是四肢腫脹，小腹微凸的原因，不知不覺又讓你的肚子看起來又大了一圈。掌握以下4大招，擺脫贅肉並改善虛胖體質:

**1）養成良好的運動習慣**

運動能提高身體新陳代謝，幫助燃燒熱量，促進脂肪分解，緊實肌膚，讓腹部尺寸和腰圍逐漸縮小，清除水分堆積，每週3-5次幫助燃燒脂肪的有氧運動是最好的選擇，比如:快走、慢跑、室內健身車等等。但必須注意的是運動後不要馬上喝冷飲，吹冷氣消暑，這樣反而會讓活絡的身體機能再度下降，反而達不到促進循環的效果。

**2）遠離冰冷的食物**

熱到發昏，食慾不振，只想來一碗透心的冰解熱消暑，剉冰、雪花冰還有冰淇淋和冷飲。冰冷的食物進入人體後，會使代謝下降，降低燃燒熱量的機制，長期下來會讓溼氣聚集，停留在身體裡，讓氣血淤積，導致小腹突出，傷害脾、胃等消化器官，對健康的危害很大，所以平時飲食可以多吃溫熱性食材，如洋蔥、薑、韭菜、等有助於活絡氣血，促進代謝或多攝取有排水利尿的天然食物，如冬瓜、黃瓜、白菜、蘋果、綠豆、無糖豆漿等食物。

**3）避開加工食物**

吃進過多的鈉會導致水腫，但並非只有重鹹的食物含鈉量才高，調味料是高鈉的溫床，勾芡、醬料多的食物也都在危險範圍內，醃製過的肉類，如臘肉、培根、香腸、火腿、或者是貢丸這類加工過的肉品，不僅是高脂肪，鈉含量也比一般食物高，都應儘量避免食用。

**4）促進淋巴循環**

淋巴和血管一樣遍佈全身,淋巴的循環不好，不僅免疫系統容易下降，身體也容易出現水腫，洗澡時以冷熱水交替沖澡的方式，利用水溫的變化，刺激血管運動，或洗澡後以順時針方向按摩腹部都可以提高身體代謝，促進淋巴循環，改善易胖體質。（文章授權提供／優活健康網）
