#  進食同時感覺飢餓、飽脹 當心胃潰瘍上身

一名貨車司機，三餐不定時且暴飲暴食，為了提神，菸、藥酒不離身，這一星期只要一進食就覺得胃脹，剛開始只是自行到藥局買止痛藥，直到聚餐後喝了幾杯酒，出現吐血及解大量黑便症狀，送醫後診斷為「胃潰瘍合併出血」，才發現原來罪魁禍首是「提神藥酒」。

**進食當下同時感到飢餓及飽脹恐為警訊**

桃園醫院護理師程盈溎表示，胃壁黏膜受到胃液侵蝕，造成黏膜受損，受損的程度比破皮更深就造成了潰瘍。不良飲食習慣、情緒壓力、消炎止痛藥物、幽門螺旋桿菌感染等都是胃潰瘍常見原因。若出現進食當下同時感覺飢餓及飽脹、進食後30分鐘後感上腹部疼痛、燒灼感、打嗝、解黑便、吐血等症狀要有警覺並立即就醫。

**胃潰瘍日常注意事項**

程盈溎護理師表示，胃潰瘍的藥物治療主要在促進潰瘍癒合，預防復發及避免併發症。除了藥物治療外，胃潰瘍日常飲食及注意事項也非常重要：

1）養成良好的飲食習慣，要細嚼慢嚥，定時定量、少量多餐。

2）溫和飲食：好消化不油膩且具有足夠營養的飲食。

3）避免刺激性食物，如：咖啡、酒、辛椒、油炸或過冷過熱等食物。

4）奶類並不會改善胃潰瘍，牛奶確實有鈣質能中和胃酸，但研究發現，牛奶實際會增加胃酸的分泌，而更加損傷胃的黏膜。

5）紓解壓力、保持心情舒暢。

6）使用止痛藥、阿斯匹靈時，確實遵照醫師用藥指示，不濫用。

7）解便後需觀察解便的顏色、性質及量。出血時會出現嘔吐血、咖啡色物體或解黑便，嚴重時會心跳加快，冒冷汗，頭暈，臉色蒼白，昏倒，此時應立即就醫。

8）潰瘍治療後，縱使疼痛消失，仍需定期追蹤，直到潰瘍完全癒合。（文章授權提供／優活健康網）
