#  飲料喝得甜蜜蜜 當心慢性病上身

夏日不少人喜歡暢飲含糖飲料，但對健康的危害可能非常大! 營養師黃淑惠指出，可能罹患包括肥胖、齲齒、高血壓、高血脂、糖尿病、脂肪肝、胰臟炎、心血管等疾病，甚至也會增加癌症風險。

**體重60公斤 每日糖攝量51克**

根據世界衛生組織WHO建議，每日糖攝取量不宜超過一天總熱量的10％，最好可以低於5％。郵政醫院資深營養師黃淑惠指出，以體重60公斤的上班族為例，一天建議攝取總熱量為1800大卡，而糖攝取量的熱量應該低於180大卡，相當於9顆方糖、45克砂糖。

**含糖飲料一杯 糖攝取量超標**

不過，黃淑惠分析，市售一杯500cc、三分糖的含糖飲料，含糖量就有51克，只要喝一杯就超過建議攝取量。身體攝取過多糖量容易降低飽足感及進食後的歡愉感，使人吃進更多的食物。

**造成肝功能不良 罹癌風險高**

黃淑惠強調，若是天天都喝一杯含糖飲料，長期下來，不僅容易加速身體老化、造成肥胖、齲齒更會影響體內荷爾蒙，誘導高血壓、高血脂、糖尿病等慢性疾病發生，且果糖對於肝臟的毒性反應與酒精類似，容易引起肝功能不良、胰臟炎等，更與罹患癌症、認知能力降低也有關係。

**日常多喝水 烹煮食物別加糖**

黃淑惠營養師建議，日常要多喝白開水，每天約1500-2000cc，不要以果汁取代新鮮水果，以免糖攝取量超標；另外，烹煮食物時，也不建議額外添加糖分，可以利用天然蔬果中甜味，例如洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、番茄等。
