現代人工作忙碌，三餐老是在外，無形中鈉含量攝取過高，恐引起高血壓、骨鬆的危機。營養師夏子雯指出，最近正值香蕉盛產季節，外食族不妨回家後，喝一杯香蕉牛奶汁，有助排鈉、消水腫，同時能夠預防便秘找上身。

**香蕉營養高 高鉀、高膳食纖維**

新光醫院營養師夏子雯說明，香蕉富含多種營養成分，包括蛋白質、鉀、磷、鎂、鈣、膳食纖維，以及維生素A、B、C、E，尤其鉀離子、膳食纖維特別豐富，有助排出身體中過多的鈉，並可促進腸道蠕動，預防便秘、降低罹患大腸癌的風險。

**香蕉漸層牛奶 DIY這樣做**

夏子雯營養師提供一款「香蕉漸層牛奶」，材料有香蕉1根、火龍果少許、鮮奶200cc、蜂蜜少許，作法先將火龍果加水稀釋打成汁，放入香蕉、蜂蜜及鮮奶80cc，打成香蕉牛奶，最後倒入瓶中，再加入鮮奶及火龍果汁，稍微搖晃就完成色香味俱全的健康飲品。

**2大病患 不適合喝**

夏子雯營養師說明，香蕉漸層牛奶富含高鉀，一杯熱量約250大卡，若當日有外食者，返家後就能飲用一杯，但腎臟功能不佳及需限制鉀離子的患者，則不適合飲用，以免影響病情。
