#  一天一杯甜蜜蜜 當心成身體健康殺手

炙熱酷夏來臨，不少民眾常選擇來份冰涼的含糖飲料消暑解渴，但是你知道嗎？這些含糖飲料不但無法解渴，更隱藏著健康的危機！根據最近營養健康狀況變遷調查，高達93.9%的中學生及88.9%的高中學生、83.6%的19-44歲成人每週至少喝1次含糖飲料；每週有喝含糖飲料者平均每週喝將近7次。市售含糖飲料原料營養密度較低，不但無法解渴，反而會因攝取過多的熱量及外加糖，進而增加肥胖、代謝症候群及心血管疾病風險。

**多少糖算超標？ 一杯手搖飲就破表！**

鑑於肥胖及代謝症候群的上升趨勢，國民健康署今年發布新版國民飲食指標草案，特別增列每日飲食中，外加糖攝取量不宜超過總熱量10%上限之建議。若以健康體重50-60公斤的成人、輕度工作者為例，每日所需熱量約1500-1800大卡，外加糖攝取量不宜超過150-180大卡，即37.5-45公克的糖。以手搖飲而言，飲用一杯即超過每日上限，增加健康負擔。

**無糖生活三技巧 選對茶飲才健康**

正值炎炎夏日期間，國民健康署建議民眾實踐無糖生活三技巧，不但省錢、消暑，又能解渴、顧健康！國健署亦鼓勵食品與餐飲業者改良其產品，推出健康的食品，減少糖害的危機。

#### 一、喝開水**好解渴：**

多喝水可以消暑且有利代謝循環，養成每天至少喝6-8杯(每杯240ml)白開水的好習慣，避免過多熱量攝取。白開水中可加入少量檸檬片提味，或加入花草、茶葉泡製成無糖風味飲，增添喝水樂趣。

#### 二、看標示**好選擇：**

包裝飲料細看食品營養標示，選擇熱量低、糖量較低、較無負擔的包裝飲料，以及細看食品成分標示，食品成分須依含量多寡由前至後依序標示，可依此原則選擇低糖或無糖飲料。現調飲料可參考店家提供資訊，選擇低熱量、少加料、無糖等飲料為宜。

#### 三、原味乳**好健康**：

原味乳品富含鈣質、蛋白質及維生素等，我國每日飲食指南建議國人每日應攝取1.5-2杯（每杯240ml）為宜。原味乳品營養標示之糖含量主要來自天然的乳糖，目前無證據顯示原味乳品中的乳糖對健康有不良影響；另調味乳品常含有外加糖及其他食品添加物等，故原味乳品為較優質的乳品選擇。
