#  防堵慢性腎臟病 醫：改掉吃太多、太油壞習慣

近年來，慢性腎臟病的治療與防治方式多次躍上世界公共健康議題討論版面，也成為健康財務上的一大負擔！此一現象在台灣亦是如此，隨著肥胖人數增加，且社會人口結構逐漸高齡化，因而讓糖尿病人數逐年上揚，進而讓罹患腎臟疾病的危險性大幅增加！

**三高族要注意！ 糖尿病會引起腎臟病**

對此，醫院副院長黃尚志表示，隨著台灣人口結構老化嚴重，進而讓慢性病人口增加；再加上飲食習慣不良，吃太多且吃太油， 高血脂、高血壓、高血糖 三高人口逐年攀升，同時也間接讓自己處於罹患腎臟病的風險下。

**洗腎人口居高不下 國家配有多項對應計畫**

據了解，面對居高不下的洗腎人數，健保署也於2006年起，推動「末期腎臟病前期(Pre-ESRD)之病人照護與衛教計畫」及「初期慢性腎臟病醫療給付改善方案」；希冀可透過早期預防、治療，以延緩慢性腎臟病病患進入透析時程。

**改善飲食習慣 治標又治本**

不過，黃尚志也強調，單方面倚賴腎臟病相關防治計畫仍是不夠的，唯有透過改善飲食習慣，方能有效降低腎臟病發生機率。

**三少、三多、四不、一沒有 有效防堵腎臟病產生**

對於腎臟病防治，飲食應遵守三少(少鹽、少油、少糖)、三多(多纖維、多蔬果、多喝水)、四不(不抽菸、不憋尿、不熬夜、不亂吃來路不明的藥)，以及一沒有(沒有鮪魚肚) 的原則，才能有效防堵糖尿病、腎臟病等慢性病的產生。(黃尚志- 高雄醫學大學附設中和紀念醫院副院長)
