進補非人人適合！中國人習俗冬令進補，而中醫師臨床觀察發現，每年都有民眾補錯、補過頭。

中醫師強調，若是體質燥熱者、感冒、失眠、胃潰瘍、高血壓、糖尿病、腎臟病、痛風、中風、子宮肌瘤、子宮內膜異位、肝炎、乾燥性皮膚炎、異位性皮膚炎等，都不適合溫補，以免身體越補越糟。

**藥膳分溫補、涼補**

中醫科主治醫師周宗翰表示，藥膳有分溫補及涼補，而容易疲倦、臉色蒼白、手腳冰冷的氣虛體質，或是有頭暈、心悸、經血量少的血虛體質，以及正在坐月子、小產的婦女，就可以用溫補方式進補。

**體質燥熱者 不適合進補**

不是每種體質的人都適合溫補，體質燥熱者就不適合，容易有火氣大、口乾舌燥、便秘、失眠的熱性體質，以及肝炎、高血壓患者，甚至在冬天有乾燥性皮膚炎、異位性皮膚炎等皮膚濕疹患者，建議以涼補方式來進補。

**進補方式錯誤 症狀會更嚴重**

進補要選對方式。周宗翰說，需要溫補者以涼補調養，會出現更倦怠、疲勞、手腳更冰冷、胃脹、腹瀉等症狀；若是需要涼補者，卻以溫補調養，則會出現口乾舌燥、失眠、火氣大、嘴破等症狀，而有高血壓者會肝火旺盛，提高中風機率，皮膚發炎者症狀會更嚴重。

**胃潰瘍不宜進補 易引起腸胃發炎**

感冒或發炎的人也不宜溫補，否則出現喉嚨痛或口乾等症狀，容易讓感冒症狀加重；痛風、糖尿病、腎臟病等患者也不適合，食用高熱量的濃湯、油脂、肉汁，以免對身體造成負擔；溫熱屬性的藥膳容易引起腸胃發炎，胃潰瘍患者不宜食用。

**有子宮肌瘤者 當心經月多**

另外，有高血壓，中風病史的人，也盡量不適合溫補，以免造成氣血上衝，血壓升高；有子宮肌瘤、子宮內膜異位的婦女，進補時盡量少吃溫躁的補品，否則容易導致排血量增加、延長生理周期。 (周宗翰 - 台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區中醫科主治醫師)
