| - 將人參去掉根須洗淨，拿掉蘆頭後切成細條。糯黑米、糯高梁、赤小豆、糯小米和糯米洗淨後浸水中泡軟。棗去子、栗子去內皮後均勻地攙入泡軟的米中。取一隻鍋，倒入水，將事先準備好的參須、大棗、甘草和未去皮的切成四瓣的蘋果放進鍋裏燉爛，然後撈出裏面的材料，餘下的湯水加點鹽調味後移入蒸鍋裏。接下來把備好的糯米等材料放到上面的籠屜，上火蒸就可以了。蒸熟的五穀飯以馬蹄葉或其他時令蔬菜葉包裹起來，配上豆瓣醬和清爽可口的泡菜，吃起來十分美味。 |
