| - 涼拌黃豆芽 - 黃豆芽200g、鹽1小勺 - 涼拌香菇絲 - 香菇5張、蒜末、食用油 - 米飯煮熟後上面淋一些人參油稍微拌一拌。蘿蔔切成絲，拿鹽水輕微煮一下，馬蹄葉也拿鹽水燙一燙，然後分別放入適量的調料拌勻。香菇洗淨擰出水分後，切成粗條，放入調料輕炒一下。黃豆芽中加點鹽煮一煮，因為豆芽本身出水，所以不必再加水。最後，將散發著油香的熱騰騰的米飯盛入一隻大號的碗中，上面按時針的圈狀運動方式順次放入備好的各色涼拌，末了在中間放入一隻生雞蛋黃。這樣營養豐富的人參拌飯就完成了。食用前準備一小碟辣椒醬，取少量拌入米飯中一起食用，不僅提味，五彩斑斕的視覺效果，更令人食欲大增。 |
