| - 主材料：蝦6只、辣椒醬2茶匙、 香油1茶匙、 白糖1茶匙、 蒜末少許、人參粉1/4茶匙、胡椒粉少許 - 沙拉：香瓜1/2個、鮮參1根、三種不同顏色的大辣椒各少許 - 人參胡羅卜沙司 ：胡蘿蔔汁1杯、生薑汁1茶匙、人參油1/8杯、鹽、胡椒 |

| - 蝦去殼，除腸，洗淨擦去水分後並排放好，刷上由辣椒醬、香油、白糖和蔥末配成的調料，在冰箱裏放置1個小時左右使其入味。香瓜切成1cm的方塊，人參按1cm的長度切成塊，在油裏輕炒出來。將兩種不同顏色的大辣椒切成寬5mm的條，與香瓜、人參拌在一起。從冰箱裏取出醃好的蝦放到燒熱的煎鍋烤熟，在上面撒一些人參粉和胡椒粉。裝盤時，炒好的蔬菜放一端，然後將蝦移入盤內，最後將備好的人參胡羅卜沙司灑在蝦及盤子的邊緣。 - 人參胡羅卜沙司的製作：將胡羅蔔汁和生薑汁混合加熱濃縮至1/8杯後，一邊加人參油一邊用打蛋器攪拌均勻， 然後放入鹽和胡椒粉就可以了。 |
