- 黑 糯 米 二 兩
- 雞 肉 十 二 兩
- 火 腿 五 錢
- 薑 四 大 片
- 蔥 四 條
- 腐 皮 二 張

- 蔘 片 加 少 清 水 蒸 稔 。黑 糯 米 乾 鑊 炒 香，然 後 用 攪 拌 機 攪 成 粉 狀，雞 肉 切 件 用 魚 露 腌 透，火 腿 切 角，薑 切 角 片，蔥 切 度，腐 皮 一 開 八 塊。
- 先 將 腐 皮 鋪 好。然 後 鋪 上 雞 肉，再 加 上 蔘 片。加 上 黑 糯 米 粉，火 腿，薑 片，蔥 度，然 後 包 成 卷 狀。全 部 捲 好 後，用 油 略 煎。再 用 蔘 汁 加 上 湯 炆 稔。蠔 油 調 味，炆 至 乾 身 即 成。
