 | \| 近 年 食 素 風 氣 盛 行 ， 素 食 店 有 一 段 時 間 百 店 爭 鳴 ， 但 店 多 人 手 便 粗 ， 出 品 質 素 自 然 走 下 坡 ， 形 成 今 日 素 食 店 唯 有 能 者 居 之 。         試 想 素 食 園 蔬 之 類 ， 除 植 物 的 獨 特 風 味 之 外 ， 無 鮮 味 和 肉 味 ， 如 果 用 大 油 大 味 的 做 法 比 食 葷 更 可 怕 。 事 實 上 論 飲 食 以 中 和 為 主 ( 即 現 代 衡 營 養 ) ， 所 以 若 長 期 食 素 的 人 偏 於 葉 綠 菜 ， 蔬 菜 太 多 而 沒 有 足 夠 菇 、 耳 、 豆 類 食 物 中 和 ， 會 成 內 有 大 量 結 石 產 生 ， 所 以 很 多 長 期 食 素 的 出 家 人 都 滿 體 結 石 。         本 來 治 療 膽 結 石 最 好 方 法 是 把 膽 割 除 ， 但 無 膽 汁 助 胃 則 一 生 要 揀 飲 揀 食 ， 非 萬 全 方 法 。 近 年 將 激 光 碎 石 用 於 治 療 膽 石 成 就 不 大 ， 因 為 即 使 石 被 激 碎 ， 碎 石 也 不 能 順 利 排 出 ， 而 腎 石 就 不 同 ， 碎 石 跟 水 分 排 出 比 較 容 易 ， 但 因 膽 管 細 ， 碎 石 難 順 利 排 出 。         膽 管 石 排 不 出 會 引 發 膽 管 發 炎 ， 膽 汁 不 正 常 排 出 ， 輕 的 眼 黃 面 黃 、 發 冷 發 熱 ， 重 一 點 便 喪 命 ， 如 果 用 激 光 碎 石 ， 然 後 再 中 草 藥 茶 化 幼 排 走 ， 是 比 較 有 效 而 實 際 的 療 法 。         金 錢 草 在 中 草 藥 之 中 有 很 好 化 石 功 效 ， 如 果 試 用 過 金 錢 草 汁 浸 化 膽 石 的 實 驗 ， 便 會 有 很 大 的 信 心 用 金 錢 草 療 治 膽 石 。         化 石 通 管 茶 主 要 用 金 錢 草 八 錢 、 馬 蹄 十 粒 拍 碎 、 生 地 黃 一 兩 、 蒲 公 英 三 錢 、 甘 菊 花 三 錢 和 銀 花 五 錢 ， 加 四 碗 水 用 火 文 煎 成 一 碗 。 以 上 茶 方 除 化 之 外 更 有 通 管 消 炎 解 毒 作 用 。 \| \|:--\|   \|  \| \|---\| \| [![foodno1-signoff](https://foodno1.com/images/fno1/foodno1-signoff.png "回到首頁")](https://foodno1.com/content/view/989/81/) \| \|  \| |
