| 1. 水 發 魷 魚 切 件 之 後 ， 啤 水 至 脹 身 ， 洋 蔥 切 角 。 2. 把 布 包 豆 腐 的 水 分 抹 乾 。 燒 熱 鑊 ， 加 油 ， 至 足 夠 熱 時 放 入 豆 腐 煎 ， 煎 好 一 面 再 煎 另 一 面 。 3. 爆 香 洋 蔥 角 ， 再 爆 香 調 味 蒜 茸 ， 加 入 湯 煮 滾 ， 收 慢 火 再 加 入 咖 喱 油 和 鹽 ， 放 入 煎 好 豆 腐 。 4. 水 發 魷 魚 出 水 之 後 ， 加 入 咖 喱 中 煮 3 分 鐘 ， 便 會 夠 味 好 食 。    \| ![](https://foodno1.com/images/menu/food-chantung/ctc-ch/image/c072b.jpg) \|  \|  \| \| 抹乾布包豆腐的水份後再用油煎 \|  \|  \| |
