人參櫻桃果凍：

- 明膠10g
- 水2大勺
- 櫻桃6個
- 櫻桃湯50g
- 人參汁30g

人參松子果凍：

- 明膠10g
- 水2大勺
- 松子20g
- 鮮參2根
- 牛奶和鮮奶油各50cc
- 白糖20g

人參櫻桃果凍的制做：

- 明膠置水中泡10分鐘後，隔水蒸成液體狀。
- 櫻桃湯和人參汁混合在一起，倒進備好的明膠中攪拌均勻。取一隻漂亮的碗，放入櫻桃，倒入明膠混合物，放冰箱中製冷，約1個小時左右即可凝結成為果凍。

#### 人參松子果凍的制做：

- 明膠置水中泡軟後，隔水蒸將其融化。
- 松子和人參磨成粉，與明膠混合在一起，然後加入牛奶、鮮奶油和白糖一起煮，直到白糖完全融化。充分攪拌後，裝入碗中，在冰箱裏放置1個小時左右令其凝固。
