#  人蔘果醬三文治

- 麵包6片、人參果醬40g、香蕉1根、炒芝麻20g、蛋白少許

- 取1片麵包，在一側抹上人參果醬，再另取1片貼上去，切掉邊緣的褐色部分後，沿對角線再切兩刀，將其分成四塊。另取麵包2片，在其中的一片上塗上一層薄薄的蛋白和一些熟芝麻，另一片上塗上果醬後，將香蕉切成薄片放到上面。然後按同樣的方法，覆蓋上一片麵包，切掉邊緣部分，切出四塊，裝盤後即可食用。

人蔘醬的製法

- 準備兩根人參，主根部分先豎切成5mm厚的條，再橫切成薄薄的片，支根切成適當的大小（這裏不使用參須，參須可保管起來日後做沙拉時用）。切好的人參裏加入 一杯半的水用大火煮開後，轉小火，待開始出現泡沫人參完全透熟時，倒入一杯蜂蜜（砂糖或黑砂糖1/2杯+水1/2杯亦可）繼續煮，直到人參顏色變得透明。

- 做成小片或是小塊保管在玻璃杯可以用在很多地方
- 放進沸水裏就成了人參茶。也可以作為各種點心或者是豬肉、雞肉的調料使用
