- 鮮參2~3根、 獼猴桃1個、 香蕉1/2個、 杏2個、 鹽和胡椒
- 橙汁調味料：橙汁1杯、雞湯1/2杯、人參油1/2杯、鹽和胡椒少許

- 將 人參切成5cm長的絲，杏4等分，香蕉切成5mm厚的圓片。取一隻煎鍋，抹上人參油，將香蕉片和杏煎到兩面呈黃褐色。人參絲在水裏泡過後撈出控幹水分，與 切成5mm厚的獼猴桃放在一起， 澆上橙汁調味料拌勻。取一隻盤子， 將香焦和杏展平，擺放在盤子邊緣，中間倒入拌好的人參和獼猴桃。
- 橙汁調味料的制做：將橙汁1杯加熱濃縮至1/8杯，雞湯濃縮成1/2杯後混合在一起，一邊放人參油一邊用攪拌器打勻，最後加鹽和胡椒粉調味
