#### 餅乾原料：

- 黃油100g
- 白糖50g
- 薄力粉115g
- 人參粉1茶匙
- 白糖2茶匙、人參粉1茶匙、蛋白少許

#### 可哥餅乾原料：

- 黃油100g
- 白糖50g
- 薄力粉100g
- 人參粉2茶匙
- 可哥粉1茶匙
- 白糖2茶匙、蛋白少許

- 將餅乾材料放在一起稍微拌一拌和成麵團後，將麵團捏成長條狀，截面圓形，直徑約3cm。然後用牛油紙包起來放進冷櫃存放1個小時後取出，稍微解凍後剝去牛油紙，塗上蛋白，再將白糖和人參粉混合在一起撒在上面
- 最後切成5mm厚的圓片，放在預熱到190℃的烤箱裏烤10~15分鐘，直至變為褐色

- 注意面和得太久餅乾會很硬
- 另外，烤箱必須預熱到合適的溫度
