#  人蔘餅與串煎人蔘

#### 煎餅：

- 鮮參1根
- 松子20粒
- 糯米粉1杯

#### 串煎：

- 牛肉(臀部肉)100g
- 平茸50g
- 鮮參2根
- 細蔥20g
- 糯米粉1杯
- 松子粉1大勺

#### 調味料：

- (醬油+水）1/2杯
- 鹽1小勺
- 生薑汁2大勺
- 蒜汁1大勺
- 糖蜜1大勺
- 蔥白10g
- 芹菜葉10g

- 用攪拌器將人參和松子細細地磨碎後，放入糯米粉中混合均勻，捏成又圓又扁的小餅，煎至呈金黃色，上面放上人參絲作為點綴。
- 牛肉切成5cm長的薄片，蔥切成 同樣大小的段。
- 平茸縱向撕成條狀，人參用刀背敲軟後也切成段。
- 將牛肉、蔥、平茸和人參等穿成串，均勻地沾上糯米粉，放在煎鍋上煎，末了灑一些松子粉。
- 調味料的制做很簡單，將材料放在一起煮開後將裏面的幹料撈出來即可。
