- 鱔 肚 八 兩半
- 肥 瘦 豬 肉 四 兩
- 中 國 芹 菜 二 兩
- 鮮 菰 二 兩

- 高 麗 蔘 片 加 水 一 碗 燉 半 小 時 。 鱔 肚 滾 水 煮 透 。 半 肥 瘦 豬 肉 啄 碎 。 中 國 芹 菜 切 段 。 鮮 菰 開 邊
- 燒 熱 油 鑊 放 少 許 油 ， 先 將 豬 肉 碎 炒 熟 ， 再 加 入 中 芹 和 鮮 菰 一 起 炒 香 ， 蔘 片 連 水 加 入 煮 滾 ， 再 加 入 鱔 肚 扣 透 ， 鹽 調 味 即 成 。
