在寒冬裡，若能吃一口暖烘烘的火鍋， 大夥聚在一起閒話家常，確是最好不過的禦寒妙法 ，可是火鍋吃多了會燥熱 ，喉嚨乾涸。若是轉換口味，在家中自行烹調藥膳火鍋 ，既可品嚐吃火鍋的樂趣 ，也能從中達致食療的功效 ，確是一舉兩得。

### 中藥材：

黃芪 3錢

黨參 3錢

茯苓 2錢

白朮 2錢

甘草 1錢

淮山 3錢

枸杞 3錢

紅棗 5粒 (去籽)

生薑片 2片

**火鍋料：**

淮山 150克

粉絲 40克

栗米 100克 (約三份一根)

菱角 50克 (去殼後約七個)

台式凍豆腐 25克

蛋造餃子 25克 (約2個)

豬柳 20克

雞胸肉 30克

腐皮 10克

冬菇 50克

茼蒿 100克

金菇 150克

椰菜 100克

醬汁：

豉油 10克(二份一湯匙)

黑醋 5克(一茶匙)

麻油 2克(四份一茶匙)

1\) 預先以豬骨熬湯，煮成湯水，隔去油後剩下400 c.c.備用

2\) 另把上述中藥材，以4碗水(1碗約220 c.c.)，用慢火熬煮至剩下2碗水

3\) 把藥材湯水隔去渣後，加入豬骨湯水中作為火鍋湯底

4\) 把湯底倒入火鍋鍋中，即可加入火鍋料慢用
